Sad Blue EyesWhen I was little, my mom used to carry me everywhere. She would cradle my pudgy pale body and rock me back and forth, watching me as I cuddled close to her warm body. My mom's eyes were big and blue, but were always terribly sad when they saw me. On the days when her eyes would become so glossy raindrops fell off her face, my mom would roll up my dress sleeve to reveal a delicate bangle resting around my wrist. "Your number suits you…sweet like berries…" she would coo in my ear, "Palmer and Rodney don't have numbers as sweet as yours." Her voice would weaken and shake whenever I asked what my number was.

Murdered Heart Reggie held the gun with quaking hands. Two hearts were in the room. One was beating.

"…I had to do it," Reggie whispered.

Her lips were glossy in the same way the barrel of the weapon was—smooth and reflective. Her blank eyes were staring past him.

"T-there you go again. Givin' me that look," Reggie said, "Distant, cold even…"

Reggie bent over, reaching for her shoulder. His sweaty palms felt frigid the moment he touched her.

"Like the day we met. Lent you a jacket…" he continued, tears filled his eyes.

The woman just stared as he stood up.

"Told you I loved you, everyday…" Reggie said, cracking.

Memory WalletPlaying poker and drinking something that tasted like dirty water, Barnes knew tonight would be a long one. He held his cards tight in his left hand, as he gripped the beer bottle in the other.

"Still gamblin'. I sees," Gerald smirked, his eyes still on his cards.

"Shut up, I ain't here to talk," Barnes snapped, folding his cards.

"Not here to get richa'," Gerald shook his head, "Ya lose."

"Cheat! Scam!" Barnes exclaimed, his fists hitting the table.

"Betcha' she was too," Gerald said.

Gerald shrugged while he redealt the cards. Barnes took a swig of beer.

"Took everything, that chickie did," Gerald said.

"Lies," Barnes said, gritting

Boy Skylarks always come back...but not until the end.

This was a collaboration with animefanime426, she did the line art, and I did the coloring, the shading and stuff.

Im quite happy with it actually

Except the hair, because Im awful at shading that sort of thing. I also made an alive version of this picture too, so we will see if that gets put up.
